Hubei Egang Chijiu Leaf Spring Co.,Ltd,its predecessor is Wuhan Iron & Steel Group Egang Corporation Leaf Spring Company.On the10th of October,1962,Egang built Leaf Spring Team, starting trial work of leaf springs. In 1963, it has to be batch production.From the beginning of 1965, Egang’s leaf spring production has moved into national plans,product specifications (models) and the annual plan were issued by the Machinery Industry Ministry(formerly the Ministry of Machine),With for decades developing,in Dec,2006 ours was regrouped to be a company with Egang Shared limited liability according to the relevant reform policies.
Our company is the director unit of Leaf Spring Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers(CAAM) and one of the drafters of the national standard leaf spring (GB/T19844-2005). Presently our company has 78 professional technicians,including 49 personnel who have got senior titles and inter- mediate titles. We have mighty technology power and strong development ability. In1998 we got the certificate of ISO9001,and we got lSO/TS16949 in 2011.The trademark of Egang Brand was list in well-known brand data of China. Its main product EQ140 series car leaf spring has got the glory of provincially outstanding brand. Our products have ready market in China and are sold to all over the world such as Europe and America,the Southeast Asia etc.
According to the 11th five development layout, our company has moved to NO.31Fankou Xuguang Road,Economic Development Zone of Ezhou. The total investment is 150 million Yuan, and the planed acreage is about 100 acre, the construction acreage is about 30000 square meters. We have built three new leaf spring professional production line, three cold-rolled sheet production line of packaging material, two cold rolled coil core to Kaiping production line. Supporting all types of production equipment more than150 sets, 100 sets of auxiliary equipment.Our company can produce 30000 tons of leaf spring,cold-rolled sheet of packaging material 8000 tons and 30000 tons of cold-rolling thin plate per year.The total production value is over 350 million Yuan.And the profit tax is over 16 million Yuan.
